• Shutz Vtet

Shutz Vtet is a jazz quintet that started in Los Angeles in 2011 after a group of friends won the Angel City Jazz Festival's Young Artist Competition. It features the ecclectic compositions and seasoned blend of Kalia Vandever, Jasper Dutz, and Jacob Shulman. They will be joined by bassist, Daryl Johns and drummer, Robin Baytas. 

• Aurelia Trio

Based in New York, Aurelia Trio is a group consisting of pianist Theo Walentiny, bassist Nick Dunston, and drummer Connor Parks. Having formed at the prestigious New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, Aurelia Trio’s performance experience spans the New York metropolitan area. With roots in jazz, Aurelia Trio’s musical language bears several other influences, particularly contemporary classical music and free improvisation. Featuring music written by all three members, original composition with an emphasis on improvisation is a key aspect of Aurelia Trio’s sound.
